Metropolitan Silouan visited the parish of St. Botolph on Meatfare Sunday, 27 February. He tonsured Mr. Joachim Vesely a Reader and presided at our first Hierarchical Divine Liturgy in two years. Afterwards, the parish offered him a three-course, home-cooked meal including cheeses, sausages, wine, and cakes. He met our ten adult catechumens and spoke with them briefly before taking his leave.
