Many years Master!

Our Metropolitan’s name day (St Silouan the Athonite) is shared with St Thecla on 24th September.

St Silouan is the intercessor before Christ for His Eminence Sayedna Silouan and hence, this is an annual feast for the whole Archdiocese.

On Friday 23rd and Saturday 24th the Metropolitan will be at the Monastery of St John the Baptist in Essex (Post Code: CM9 8EZ / 01621 816471). The programme of services, at the monastery if you are able to attend, are as follows:

Friday 23rd: Vigil from 17:00 – 21:00 Saturday 24th: Divine Liturgy 08:00 – 11:30

On Sunday 25th September Metropolitan Silouan will celebrate his feast at the Cathedral of St George, London:

Matins 10:00 am,
Divine Liturgy 11:00 am.
